Recruitment of foreign nationals to work in Malta

One of the issues which continues to trouble employers is their inability to find staff. It is no secret that over the past few years, a number of foreign employees, mainly third country nationals have been recruited to work in Malta in various sectors including health care, catering, industrial, tourism and construction amongst others.  Given the small size of the population, it is not surprising that Malta needs foreign workers to be able to sustain the economic activity that is being generated by our country.
