ACT appointed Accredited Agent by Identity Malta to handle IIP applications
The Malta Individual Investor Programme (IIP) Rules facilitates the acquisition of Maltese citizenship by investment for third country nationals, subject to certain conditions being satisfied.
ACT has been appointed as an Accredited Agent by Identity Malta and is now authorised to prepare and submit applications on behalf of third country nationals. ACT is now in a position to provide interested parties with all the advice and assistance required to submit applications in terms of the IIP rules.
Our services include:
(a) Preparation of all the pertinent forms as may be required;
(b) Review of all documentation provided;
(c) Advice in relation to compliance with all the pertinent conditions necessary for the award of the IIP permit;
(d) Application for a residence permit;
(e) Setting up all meetings as may be necessary;
(f) Tax advice and assistance
(g) Assistance to acquire immovable property and other investments as required by the IIP rules.
